How to apply for affordable housing at Kirkwood Apartments, with the related documents and resources.
There are two kinds of housing, and each has its own way to apply.
Affordable adult housing
Ayr and District Citizens Association maintains a waitlist for Kirkwood Apartments. To see if you qualify to have your name(s) added to the waitlist, please answer these two questions.

Please be aware that the current wait time for an apartment at Kirkwood Apartments is approximately 4 to 5 years.
If you answered "yes" to both questions, you qualify to have your name(s) added to the Kirkwood Apartments waitlist. Please fill out the form.
This form is for Kirkwood Apartments only. It is not used to apply for subsidized apartments.
